Thai massage blends the three key elements to good health: acupressure, yoga, and meditation. The stretching and deep massage has been described as passive yoga.
Learn to perform this unique type of massage that has many physical, mental, and psychological benefits.
Wear something lose and comfortable for the class. (Jeans are not a good idea!)
Classes are held several times a year, usually Sunday morning 9:30 to 12:30. Places are limited, so book early!
